From the Hiawatha Light-Rail Line: Take the train to the "Government Plaza" stop, get off and walk one block west to the US Bank Plaza Building, formerly known as the Pillsbury Center, a white office tower across from the Government Center and kitty-corner from the old City Hall building. Validated Parking Ramp From the North: Take I-35W south to Washington Avenue. Turn right on Washington Avenue. Then proceed to 4th Ave and turn left. Proceed to 6th St. and turn left. Left again on 5th Ave. and turn immediately left into the parking ramp. Validated Parking Ramp From the Northwest Down I-94: Take I-94 East to the 4th Street Exit. Proceed on 4th Street to the intersection with 4th Avenue. Turn Right onto 4th Avenue. Proceed two blocks to 6th Street. Turn Left onto 6th Street. Proceed one block to 5th Avenue. Turn Left onto 5th Avenue. Immediately turn left into the first parking ramp entrance after turning onto 5th Avenue. Validated Parking Ramp From the West: Take I-394 Downtown to the 6th Street Exit. Proceed on 6th Street to the intersection with 5th Avenue. Turn Left onto 5th Avenue. Immediately turn Left again into the first parking ramp entrance after turning onto 5th Avenue. Validated Parking Ramp From the East: Take I-94 West to the South 5th Street Exit. Proceed on 5th Street as it curves around the Metrodome to South 5th Avenue. Cross 5th Avenue traveling on 5th Street and enter the first parking ramp entrance to your left after crossing 5th Avenue. Validated Parking Ramp From the South: Take I-35W North to the 5th Avenue Exit. Proceed on 5th Avenue to the intersection with 5th Street. Turn Left onto 5th Street. Immediately turn Left again into the first parking ramp entrance after turning onto 5th Street. Altera Law Group offers free parking at the Government Center Municipal Ramp, 415 South 5th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55402, but only at the entrance labeled with a blue "P". Altera cannot provide free validation if you enter this parking ramp at the green "P" or any of the other entrances.
How to get to our office from the Ramp: Bring your parking ticket with you and walk through the Hennepin County Government Center, following the Skyway to US Bank Plaza, formerly known as the Pillsbury Center. A US Bank office will be on your right when you enter US Bank Plaza and the elevators are on your left. Take an elevator to the 17th floor; we share office space with Mansfield, Tanick & Cohen, P.A. |
